How To Order

How To place an order for white label products

Step 1: Choose the products you wish to purchase on our website. Send an email to us with the product ID and the desired amount for each product. MOQ for most products is 10 units per ID. Minimum order value is 670 EUR.

Step 2: We will send you a list of prices for the products you have inquired. The more units you order the lower price we can offer.

Step 3: Labels are designed for each of your products. You can use a graphics designer of your own choice or have us help you design your labels. We charge 100 EUR per hour for graphic design service, and 0,55 EUR per label for printing service. Please be aware that we can only print on matte paper. It is important that you already have a logo vector file for the designer to use. If you choose another graphic design service, we will help you find the correct label sizes and collect the required product info which must be on the labels.

Step 4: When you have approved the labels they get printed. Normally, if you order less than 50 units of each product, we do not offer label application, and we will send them to you on sheets for you to apply them to the products. If customs require otherwise, we will help with label application.

Samples: Single-unit full-size samples can be purchased before placing your final order. To do so, please send us an email with a list of the products you wish to purchase a sample of, company name and address, VAT and phone number for the courier. If an order is placed after purchasing samples, 50% of the invoiced amount for samples will then be credited.
